What will I get in my room?

A comfy 3/4 bed for you to stretch out in, a bed side unit to keep all your prized possessions, under-bed storage, shelves, a notice board, wardrobe with a fitted mirror and a large desk for you to study at!

Every resident gets their own ensuite bathroom with a shower, wash basin, toilet and mirror so there will be no fighting for the shower in the morning!
Not forgetting the all important free broadband which you can also upgrade to a lightening fast 50mb if you want to.

How big are the rooms, how many do they sleep?

On-site we have studio, 2, 4, 5 and 6 bed apartments available. So if you want a room all to yourself or to share with a group of friends we have one that will suit you.

Each apartment has a lounge, fully kitted out kitchen, TV with Freeview and Sky Sports channels and the bedroom(s) are off a hallway. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, wardrobe and desk. The bedrooms are completely secure and can be locked individually.

What communal facilities are there?

It’s really important to us that you feel instantly at home when you move into your new place and want to make sure you meet all your new neighbours in a fun and friendly environment.

You’ll find a bar, onsite shop, fully stocked vending machines to cater for your sweet tooth at all hours of the day and a launderette alongside 24 hour reception and security coverage there’s CCTV to give you peace of mind.

I might bring my car to Uni, is there parking on site?

Parking is only available on site for disabled residents

Do I get contents insurance with my apartment?

Yes. we supply this via Endsleigh insurance.
